We recommend shipping all kittens or cats on direct flights
whenever possible .

All airlines require a current health certificate and a current
rabies inoculation.

I recommend a direct shipment by  American Airlines out of St.
Louis Lambert International Airport, St. Louis, Missouri
during the fall, spring, and winter months however, I also use
and recommend Continental Airlines out of Kansas City
International Airport, Kansas City, Missouri as they are
temperature controlled and will take pets any time during the
year regardless of air temperatures.

Shipping costs have risen due to higher gasoline prices.
